The chef at this place is the THE BEST CHEF PERIOD… The steaks are the best we ever had .. If your in Clearwater or if you aren’t it doesn’t matter Just Go … Perry and Mike and Michelle Hands down the best service you will ever get …They always make you feel beyond welcome and it’s like family when you walk in. We’ve come here the last two years the first year we got married and the next we were celebrating our anniversary and they always go above and beyond to celebrate our special day with us. You guys are AMAZING!!!!

I'm truly struggling with how to write this review. There were quite a few shining moments but so much of the experience simply fell flat. My husband and I chose Mandalay Prime to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We enjoy an elevated dining experience and a great steak! We were greeted by the hostess and given our choice of 2 different tables which was very nice of her. We chose the half booth table toward the back of the room. I don't think the table would have mattered but the first thing we noticed was that it was LOUD! There was a large, boisterous party just behind a half wall to the side of the restaurant. The noise was quite unnerving. I actually asked my husband, before we ordered, if he wanted to leave and go somewhere else. We decided to stay but had a difficult time conversing with one another and with the servers. Our waitress was nice but, something just seemed off. We ordered a bottle of wine, which she brought promptly, but when we were ready to order, she walked away and didn't return for at least 5 minutes. I think it may have been a misunderstanding. We’re always on the lookout for a great steak and a good cocktail for one special night during our vacations, and we’re so glad we chose Mandalay Prime. The steak selection was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. My husband ordered the bone-in filet, and it was absolutely amazing. Our server, Morgan, was fantastic. He was attentive, communicated well, and truly knew what he was doing, which made the experience even better. Is it expensive? Yes—but we knew that before making the reservation. For us, the quality of the food, service, and overall experience made it completely worth it. We would definitely return

Had an amazing experience at Mandalay Prime Steakhouse! The food was incredible, and Mike the manager did such a great job presenting the steak and making the whole experience feel special. Michelle also gave amazing customer service and was so attentive and friendly the entire night. You can really tell the staff cares about their guests. Definitely recommend!

We have been coming for 3years now and this year was the best experience we have had yet! We come every year to celebrate my husband's bday and it was just great. We had Michelle as our server and she was just amazing. She was so friendly and very down to earth and just sooo welcoming!! Brought me out a few samples of wine since I wasn't sure what I wanted my husband had an old fashioned smoked which he said was great! We had a half of wedge salad which was sooo good the pickled onions and the blue cheese dressing Soo good with it!! Also got the French onion soup which was another great starter! My husband and I ended up splitting the dry aged bone in ribeye-whom ever is reading this please tell the chef he did amazing--husband and I think it's the best steak we had in a very long time! And to finish off we had dessert for my husbands bday! Thanks for an amazing experience and delicious steak will definitely be back!!!
